The staff at First Choice on Brodie Lane are efficient, thoughtful and thorough. I'll never go to another ER in the Austin area. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving, and lab results came back within 30 minutes. I appreciated how they didn't run up a bunch of tests and scans, but took a more conservative, measured approach to care. Dr. Stanford is just the kindest man ever. I had to go to First Choice Emergency Room on Brodie Lane. The staff was very nice & professional. They took very good care of me and followed up to see how I was doing after I was discharged. It was nice to see that each patient it treated with care.Thank you to the staff.
Absolutely love this place!!! My son suffers from cyclical vomiting syndrome and needed re-hydration after normal business hours. The staff was super attentive, nurse Dwayne was great and Dr. Waugh was so reassuring and made us feel so much better! For a trip to a free-standing ED, this is by far the best option in South Austin!
This clinic was open 24/7, and I would have gone in the middle of the night had I realized how ill I was. The clinic was sparkling clean; the staff professional. I received care immediately. The clinic was only minutes from my house and I had to drive myself. Had I gone to my regular MD, I would have had to wait 2 hours till opening and would have driven 45 minutes in very heavy traffic. I was diagnosed, given prescriptions and care instructions, and was home with medicines in hand in less than 2 hours. Excellent service!
New to ATX and strained back unloading boxes. Staff was very calm and kind, thorough and professional. Had exam and x-Rays and left with Rx in about 90 minutes. Would recommend First a Choice anytime. BA

I visited the facility on Brodie Lane and received excellent care. Molly the nurse, the radiologist, the physician and all the staff were amazing. I feel they went above and beyond to help me. I had to transfer to a different facility, they called ahead and sent all my information so I did not have to wait. I highly recommend this facility.
