Great facility and very friendly, knowledgeable staff! Dr. Waugh has a wonderful bedside manner and took her time as if I was her only pt. I would recommend First Choice Emergency to all my family and friends!
First Choice Emergency Room provided my husband and I with a very positive experience in a scary situation. We were immediately seen upon arrival, which was very nice. Each staff member we encountered, from xray tech, nurse, to ER MD were super calming, knowledgeable, and personable. They made you feel important and cared about. My experience with First Choice Emergency Room, made the pain of an accident a little less painful. I didn't have to wait a long time and everyone was courteous and helpful. I hope I don't have to visit you again, but if I do I'm glad to know you are there. Eloise Reynolds
Second time I had to make a visit. Staff is great. They were kid friendly and did awesome with my son. The best part was the no-wait time!
I had a great experience here. All the staff, Doctors and Nurses were incredibly friendly and sweet. They expressed concern and care, which is rare among ER's these days. They had me in and out quickly and efficiently. The offices and facility as a whole was clean and comfortable.
I was treated at this ER location for cellulitis couple weeks ago. As much as I was dreading going into ER and was actually pleasantly surprised by the experience. I was taken to a room within 10 minutes of my arrival and seen by a doctor few moments after the nurse got me situated. Septic workup, IV antibiotics and discharge, in and out the door in 2 hours! Amazing. The staff was caring and professional, the facility nice and clean. If I or my family ever need an ER visit this will be the location for us.
Immaculate facility with great staffing. Quick, thorough and efficient care for my husbands eye injury. I will definitely go there in an emergency situation again over any of the other urgent care facilities in the area. I will Absolutely recommend them to all my friends and neighbors!
Had great treatment here. I came in with a broken ankle. I was taken straight to the back and had the care of two nurses, a DR., and a radiologist. Very apreciative and fortunate for their comfort and care.
Very attentive and fast. Came in on Christmas Day and the staff was kind and knowledgeable. Left feeling much better and with an information sheet about the symptoms I had been experiencing.
