I arrived at FCER Brodie Lane with a deep cut in need of stitches. I was seen immediately- no waiting. The doctor and nurse who treated me were both friendly and attentive. I received excellent care with virtually no down time during my visit. I'd definitely recommend FCER.

I suddenly developed severe nausea, vomiting, etc. and after several hours of this became quite dehydrated. When I became faint I knew it was time to get some medical help. Based on my husband's positive experience at this location, and proximity to our home, I decided to seek care at this location. Went with my husband a few weeks back. I was pretty worried that I had something serious so we rushed over. Spoke with the girl at the front desk and she said based on my information it may be better for me to go somewhere else. She was incredibly helpful and even told me that if I could wait based on the symptoms, there could be better options financially. It was interesting to hear a business suggesting that you go somewhere else, made it seem like they really cared. They even printed a list for me with different options. ... read more

Great service - very fast, efficient and through. Also received a call after service to see how things were going. Very convenient and knowing they are open 24-hours is very good to know, although hopefully won't need to use it too often! :-)

I felt really sick and made a Drs appt avoiding to go to the ER, on the way to my Drs appt I realize I couldn't make it and conveniently First Choice Brodie-Lane was right around the corner Glad I came here Fast friendly awesome doctor and staff thank you kindly will recommend to friends

This place is a rip off. I took my child here because he had a fever all day, and their location was nearest. This is a mistake I will never make again. I didn't realize it was an emergency room. We were there for 2 hours, and the bill was for over $2000!! They charged $128 for the nurse to check his pulse three times. The flu test was $211, RSV test was $216 and the Rocephen shot was $228!! The shot made the visit more expensive and escalated it to a level 4 care. All price increased because of this. I'm not quite sure what... read more

My first visit to First Choice was Sat., I was in awe with the the staff and quick service ...Everyone was so kind and friendly. I was taken right in and was given impeccable care . I would recommend First Choice to anyone out there looking for great care. I mentioned to the xray technician that Dr.Bruce Scaff, MD was one of the best and most attentive Dr's I had ever come across. I was in awe when I received a call from the Dr. the next evening to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything ..Now that's some great TLC :)... read more

went for the first time in December when I was in terrible pain. There was no waiting, the staff was extremely pleasant and kind. The facility was immaculate! I would recommend everyone to try this Emergency Room before going to the hospital and waiting for hours. Thanks Everyone for you kind care!
