5 STARS!! I can't say enough positive things about First Choice Emergency! The first thing I liked was the online check-in to reserve an appointment which was quickly followed up with a call from the clinic to ask if we needed any assistance (wheelchair, etc.) when we arrived. As soon as we arrived, Molly (the nurse on duty) came to the lobby to do triage and within no more than 2 minutes, we were in a room. The entire clinic is spotless. I drove here one night when I randomly started coughing up blood, they were very fast in seeing me and made me feel very comfortable. I wish I could remember all the women's name who helped me that night. I am sure I am going to get a huge bill even with my insurance since I needed to get a cat scan of my lungs. Regardless, they told me my options and prescribed me some medicine and a referral to a lung specialist. The service was amazing my life partner has been experiencing bad service at previous er location not this company but others i was hesitant to go to anny er as we tried this i was beyond amazed by the service thank you so much for all that yall did for us

The doctor and nurses were nice. But my abdominal pain and vomiting, diagnosed as gas and sent home with antacids, turned out to be an acute appendicitis which ruptured two days after my visit. This resulted in two surgeries and an 18 day stay in the hospital. To add insult to injury the bill from First Choice was $8,000, $6,000 was covered under insurance and but I'm stuck with a $2,000 bill. First Choice is now my last choice.

I absolutely recommend this ER. Everyone is very knowledgable, calm, they respond quickly and get you into a room and to see the dr. fast. Obviously this is so important in stressful medical situations. They staff are so sweet and accommodating and there is never a long wait or line. Definitely the best ER in town.

Fast and courteous service at First Choice on Brodie Ln. I was treated like a king and all staff and doctor were kind and very helpful. As soon as I arrived, they took me back and began to evaluate my health condition. If I had to go to ER again, I will choose First Choice on Brodie Ln. Thanks First Choice on Brodie Ln for the great patient service!

Excellent service, almost no wait time. Very professional and courteous. I am so thankful they were able to see me. I had xrays and an exam done. I will go back. It is a full service facility.

last monday,i cut my left thumb and forefinger very badly with a chop saw. everyone was awesome. and dr.castellanos,,,what can i say...his skills were superb. friendly.efficient and highy competent.

I have been here twice and was satisfied mostly. I don't know what the cost is b/c when I get my bills I just bundle them up and send to the White House. I shouldn't have anything for health care since I pay out the wazoo for insurance. The doc the first time followed up the next day from an injury I had but the second time, I had heart problems and my boyfriend noticed that the doc thought I was faking it.
