By far the best buying experience I’ve ever had. PERIOD. In and out within 3 hours which is unheard of. No hassles, no stress and a new Jeep to love.
Lies and deceit are all you will get from this place. I made multiple attempts to get my problems fixed and I was pushed off to voicemails or "I'll call you back" promises. If you decide to go in refrain from speaking or working with Jerome and Jeff. Their lack of empathy and lies really put a damper on the whole experience.
I took my 13’ Diesel in to service dep for a recall to do a water pump. No big deal. They got me in and out fast and the work was done properly. The truck has 105k on it. I asked for them to replace the serpentine belt at my expense as it was easy at the time and a no brainer since it was already apart. They failed to put on a new belt but were quick to provide me with 238$ estimate to put on a belt. This is why people hate dealerships. This is why I avoid them at all cost. Completely in love with my SI. They did everything they could to make sure I was happy with what I wanted. Really friendly people.
They always do a great job putting on my Best Top soft top on my Jeep. This past Thursday I had them take it off for the winter and the service was great and friendly. They took off the top and stored it neatly in my storage bag and charged a fair price for the work! It by far beats trying to do this myself! Easy and quick! They texted me when it was done!
No pressure sales, Rick was very nice & answered all of my questions.
