Jeremy is the gentleman that helped us out today. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, answer questions, and secure financing. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to upsell us. Highly recommend both him and this dealership.

Terrible service department. They actually told me they wanted me to take my truck somewhere else. They wanted me to approve 230.00 dollars for diagnostics when my truck is fully covered under warranty and when I asked if there was a problem with the warranty they(Patrick) told me they prefer me to go somewhere else. So as they asked I went to another dealership that was a good honest Dealership and they looked at my truck and had it fixed in no time and no charge under warranty. Had such a great experience at this location! Jeremy was such a friendly down to earth salesman and very knowledgeable he made the whole process so easy! This dealership is light years ahead of others in Findlay and I would recommend them to anyone. We for sure will be back when we're ready to trade in our other vehicle!
