I went looking for a used truck , and I had a certain amount I was able to afford for a monthly payment. Rick Duffmqn and the finance dept (Ben, I believe) were able to crunch the numbers and put me into a 2019 Ram 1500 with more bells and whistles than I could imagine! I traveled 14 Hours on Amtrak from New York to purchase My 2018 Cadillac Escalade ESV and I tell you....This was BY FAR THE BEST experience I've ever had at a Dealership. I highly recommend this dealership/service department! They were very informative and made the repair on my vehicle go smooth. It was a major repair and they gave me all the details up front before I made my repair decision. Patrick was great and kept me in the loop in my vehicles progress. The repair was done quickly and I didn’t have to be without my vehicle very long at all! Great Experience overall!
I couldn’t have had a better experience with rick duffman at findlay cdjr. Got me started with a GREAT starter car. Only took about an hour and a half to get everything finished so he’s quick on time. The sales manager, Brad Overly did everything he could to get me in the vehicle that was within my budget. I couldn’t be happier!
