We bought a used Ram truck (under 30,000 miles) that the GM had prior to us buying it. Still has less than 30,000 miles on it and we had a part break that was jamming up the steering, so we took it in. They said warranty was still good and took a look at it. Told us nothing was wrong. We go home and it’s still locking up. We take it back within the week and they tell us it’s no longer in warranty and they still can’t figure out what’s wrong. I had a recall on my 2011 Chrysler 200, Patrick met me as I got out of the car to drop it off for repair, he kept in touch with me by text for status updates. I even got a ride from Austin to work and he picked me back up to retrieve my car. Very efficient transaction. My car runs fine.
