Brittany Jackson was amazing to work with. She helped me test drive cars earlier in the day then towards the end of the work day she helped my husband. She gave my daughters pictures to color then hung them up in her cubicle. She stayed over work for almost an hour and a half. We walked away with a beautiful new truck!!! That is great service!!! Hands down the best new car buying experience!!! Was worth the drive to get there. No surprises at all. Jerry M was my sales men sense 2003. I would follow him any where. Findlay is lucky to have him.
Tried to give me a higher price than what was listed on website. On top of that the same vehicle a year newer was less at another dealership. I don’t know if he thought I was a stupid female but I know enough math to know when I’m being ripped off. Time is precious. Save yours and go somewhere else.

I don’t think buying a car could have been much easier! From start to finish our sales representative Rick Duffman was so great to work with. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and we will absolutely be back for our next purchase!
They do not do in house alignments on vehicles. I could have paid at least 25 dollars less by taking it to another place. Plus I was charged 16.95 to have my tires rotated. That too could have been done for free had I gone some where else. I do not recommend Findlay Chrysler at all.
