I took my 2008 Chrysler 300 to this dealership because it wouldn't start. However, whenever they tried to start it it would start. Nothing was done for two and one half days and finally it wouldn't start for them. I was told three times that they would call me at different times and let me know what was going on. No one ever called when they said they were supposed to. They said it was the starter and very little actual time was taken to find the cause of my problem.
