Be HONEST! Don't try and make the customer look like they are lying when it is YOUR staff that made a mistake or didn't tell the truth. TERRIBLE way to treat a customer; especially knowing they are traveling to buy a vehicle. Sure looks like bait and switch to me!
the entire experience was a run around. nobody seemed to know what was going on and they forgot to tell me my truck was ready to go. I was without my vehicle for two extra days because of this mix-up. I spent almost $70,000 on a used vehicle with this company and they misdiagnosed my vehicle and won't even refund the money, they give in-store credit. I will always take my business elsewhere from now on there's no way I'll ever buy another vehicle from Findlay Chrysler.
Setup my appointment via text. After dropping off my car I was offered a ride back home. For a busy person with a schedule it worked out great.
Carey and Lee were great to deal with! This dealership doesn't have commissioned salespeople so it's very low-key and friendly! We purchased a used vehicle from them and the price was awesome! Everyone who helped us were great and friendly without any pressure. Vehicle was above and beyond our expectations. We were treated really well and were in and out of the dealership in about an hour-and-a-half. We highly recommend Findlay DJR!
