I had the worst experience with a car dealership today. When we leased our Durango in January we were told that we get 6 free oil changes. I received a call that our vehicle was ready this afternoon and that they needed our credit card number to charge us for our first oil change. I mentioned that we were not supposed to be charged. I was more or less told that I was a liar. My husband called them and was treated horribly.
