Everyone I worked with from start to finish made the usually stressful process easier. Jerome was great working with me over the phone to get the payment to a comfortable range for me before I drove in from out of town. He was laid back and didn't pressure me whatsoever. I went to the dealership to purchase a Tahoe. I test drove the vehicle and afterwards noticed the tires were dry rotted and had dangerously low tread. So I brought this up to the salesman. I told him I would buy the vehicle if he took care of the tires. He shook my hand and said no problem. So he runs my credit and then tells me he can’t do anything about the tires. We drove 6 hours for a vehicle with a purchase agreement signed. It was then sold out from underneath us. Then, they acted like they would give us a good deal on another vehicle because of their mistake and wanted to add money to fix a backup cam that was already broken. Absolutely ridiculous! Why would we pay for something that was already broken! We told them we were on our way to purchase said vehicle. They then call us 30 min before we arrive to tell us it has sold.
