Untrustworthy staff and management. After multiple lies were brought to their attention I was ignored and kicked aside. Do not trust this dealership, and it should be the absolute last option you pick to buy a vehicle. Buyer beware!
Wasn't real happy with how this went. Husband made appointment about a recall. They scheduled him in. When he went in, I followed. They said it would be about 3 hours. They called about an hour later to say they didn't have the parts. So ran him back in. Turns out, they won't have the parts available until July or August. Why the heck make an appointment to do something WHEN you know you can't do anything about the problem? Wasting our time and gas.
Very helpful and enjoyable place to buy a car! Would recommend!
