My 2015, very low mileage KIA Soul had some problems, among them not passing the emissions test. The service advisor, Jaime, worked with me with the kind of help, courtesy and caring that I haven’t seen in many, many years. He helped me through the process feeling nothing but POSITIVE about it. It was so refreshing to find someone who still has a commitment to doing a good job with a kind and professional attitude!
