I have to give a shout out to Jennifer Julia. She was our sales rep at Fiesta Kia. She was down to earth and very patient with us. We had the best experience someone could ask for at Fiesta Kia. We were treated with respect and never once felt like we were being left in the dark on any aspect of the deal. Every question we had was met with a straight forward and informative answer. I would recommend this dealership to any first time or seasoned vehicle buyer.
I would highly suggest to avoid this dealership at all cost. We have had a very bad experience and would’nt want anyone else to go through the same experience we have. There are many other options available where you can save money, receive amazing customer service and avoid the pit of dispair should anything bad go wrong with your new or used vehicle. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
My husband and I purchased a 2018 Kia Soul here a few weeks ago. We came in just to look but were told that our given salesman, Avery Norton, would see us walking out with a car that day. We tested a few cars, ran some numbers, and Mr. Norton worked very hard to get us a deal that was within our means. Mr. Norton was very hospitable, friendly, and was very trustworthy from the get-go.
