Mike Jones at Fiesta Kia went above and beyond to find us the Kia Niro Plug-In Hybrid we were hoping for! He knows the car inside and out, and worked hard to get inventory shipped to Albuquerque. Came to this dealership from Denver while out visiting. Had been told I had a recall on my 2018 Sportage but hate the dealerships by me so hadn’t dealt with it. Walked in and met Aaron in the service department. He was so kind and went above and beyond to help all he could and when I commented that my car had bird poop all over it, he offered to run it through their carwash for me. Service department here is a joke. Reported paint chips on my last visit. They recommended I report it to Kia consumer affairs which I did. Kia consumer affairs called them to direct them how to fix vehicle and to call me back and they’ve been ignoring me. I even followed in in writing twice to Jessica and she is ignoring me as well. Do not recommend this service felt. Terrible customer service.

They have great sales guys/girls my favorite sales guy to always do deals with would be Rey Ruiz he got me what I was looking for in a car an got the payments I wanted.
