I would give 5 stars except after I pulled my car into the service bay, no one came out to great me. Once I entered the service desk area, my service adisor, Jaime B., quickly acknowledged me. I brought my car in for its first oil change, and from that point, everything went well. The waiting area was clean, and the maintenance took about 45 minutes. I will return to Fiesta Kia for future maintenance requirements for my vehicle. However, it will be appreciated to be greeted after I enter the the service bay.
rude, unprofessional, no sense of urgency to help, don't answer the phone half the time, and an i don't care demeanor

I almost bought a 2019 with 32,000 miles on it from a well know car place. Then I found out it would cost me $2800 for a limited warranty. It went to 100,000 miles and was not bumper-to-bumper. I went to fiesta Kia instead and found a 2020 Kia soul. The staff was wonderful. Super easy to work with. I had all the information on a phone call before I ever even showed up. When I showed up they were ready for me. And I bought a beautiful car. And my payments ended up being less than they would’ve been for the 2019 used car. I go... read more
