I had a 1:00 appointment to get an oil change I got there at 12:45 was helped quickly by the service rep. I then began my 2 hour wait to get my car back. Nothing extra was done to the car nothing was recommended as far as additional services. I will not be going back to long of a wait for an oil change and car wash.

Smooth and prompt processing of buying a car. I purchased the 2021 Kia Telluride and it was delivered to me the same day. Very promising! Ray was so helpful and the service provided was great!!

I now have my 2nd vehicle from Fiesta Kia. Their service department rocks! Everyone is so respectful to women as they are with all of their customers! The service is what prompted the 2nd vehicle. I had a great experience with sales too. I worked with the sales manager and Derek, the owner. This was 3 years ago.

Jaime the front desk clerk to help me with my oil change was very friendly and made my visit very pleasant. The oil change was done quick and my visit was comfortable in spite of covid restrictions. Jaime located my warranty that way I wasn’t charged for the services. He also drove my car right to me that way I was able to maneuver out of the parking lot. I am very pleased with his service.
Like an Indy 500 pit stop. In and out in 30 minutes after a vehicle check, oil change and a car wash!!! A real winning dealership.
