This is a fairly long review so please bear with me. I purchased a new vehicle from Fiesta Kia on 10/22/22. On 10/23/22 I emailed the finance manager Marcos for documents that included the purchase price of my vehicle and my loan information as they weren’t emailed to me, and I got no response. Friendly, fast service. I recommend very highly.
Passing through Flagstaff on a Saturday morning in a hybrid Kia - engine lost coolant and overheated. Staff made a place for me for diagnostic review and provided excellent service. They noticed I was ready for an oil change and also took care of that. I was able to get back on the highway in about 2 hours. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you.
Great service and friendly staff. Only disappointment was that the service consultant who helped me, Jaime, said he would call me the next day to let me know if another issue I repoted was covered by warranty. He never called me back.
My experience at Fiesta Kia was awesome. Great customer service from Raymond Padilla the sale man who was patient with us and answered all of our question efficiently. everything i go for my oil change they forget to test my oil settings & it looks like I'm not keeping up my maintenance on it. also my car never gets washed they always have excuses. I went in for recall part . they never called to tell me they didn't have part & to reschedule. so now I have to go back & supposedly they will call me when it comes in . well let's see this is the 2nd recall & I still haven't heard about first one. terrible terrible. I thought I found a great place. but its sure showing me different
