Service department here is a joke, you have to make an appointment just to wait. I thought the whole idea of making an appointment was so we wouldn’t have to wait? I mean two hours for a tire rotation with an appointment? Come on now.

The environment is incredibly friendly and the employees are not only very knowledgeable with any question you ask, but they are quick to get you anything you need including the entire car buying process.

I went in yesterday to get the oil change on my wife’s optima, while there I was looking at their new cars in the showroom and lot, while texting with julie until she came into work. We then took a Niro for a drive and three hours later I was driving off with the 2018 Niro and a Voucher for a free cruise doesn’t get any better than this!
