We just bought a Kia Soul and feel good about the purchase. However, it took forever to get the paperwork done...because they only had one person working it. And, mistakes were made (though fixed and we were compensated fairly). What kept us there and patient was the most AMAZING salesperson--James Barker. He was attentive and knowledgeable. I came home today with my brand new Kia Soul. Z was awesome, he was personable and very nice. Julie in financing was amazing!! She got me an amazing deal after my paperwork had been messed up a bit and I couldn't be happier!!! I can't thank them enough for such a great experience!
Love this dealership! Horus was a great salesman, super knowledgeable, easy to work with, and genuinely cared. I went for my first oil change and he came by to say hi and make sure I was taken care of. I'd absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a car!

From the appointment through service, my experience was excellent. First of all, I own a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, and found that driving it to Santa Fe, to Fiesta Hyundai made for a long day. The service rep was new and put me on with a more experienced rep who told me it would be no problem and booked my appointment. The reception rep was efficient and processed my vehicle right away.
