Purchased a 2017 Sorento with extended warranty I take it in to get serviced on a regular basis. How is it I take it in on Tuesday for regular oil change etc..... by Friday it over heated. Spoke with Service Manager J said all she was told was it was low on coolant. Hmmm never mind that it was low on oil, no water in radiator and very dry coolant resivoir, did I mention i paid for extended service. 2 days in a row there still waiting on thermostat to come in, which is a common part.
Love my new Sorento! Kristen is the best salesperson I've worked with ever! She's very knowledgeable and sweet as can be! I will recommend her and Mike to all my friends. Thank you!

While I love the car....the service dept leaves a lot to be desired. Had a blown out tire this past Saturday and had the car towed there....was told that I would get a call first thing in the morning morning day (today)...well after waking up from a nap (I work graveyard)...I see by 140pm there was no call....I even SCHEDULED an appt online at 7am to 'ensure' the car gets looked at first...
