First time I called RTX today and I talked to Zac. He lead me through the sign up process and made me very comfortable on how to use their system. Now with the knowledge he gave to me, I have the ability to get some great vacation weeks set up.
I just spoke with Daniel. He was very professional and extremely helpful.

A very pleasant young man helped me today with my password reset. His name..ED...he was wonderful and very patient with me as I am not too good with computers. He explained how the deposit of my week works and luckily for me,, this month is a 2 for 1. Definitely will be calling him back to book my 2 weeks before expiration date. Thanks again, Ed

I have spoken with Ed today in regards to questions about hotel bookings and descriptions and what they mean in regards to understanding to booking questions. Ed was very helpful and answered all my questions. I appreciate this because in my passed phone calls not remembering of the person I was talking to it was not a good call with asking the questions that I needed answered he seemed to not want to go deeper with my searches.
