Took my 2014 Santa Fe in for routine service/oil change at scheduled appointment time. Pulled my car right into an open bay. The persons at the service desk are friendly and very accommodating. Waiting room is welcoming, warm, comfortable and quiet, providing free WiFi, coffee, tea etc. Wait was about an hour. Because of the knowledgeable service and convenience, I will continue to schedule all maintenance/service with Faulkner Hyundai .
Took me a couple visits to finally decide what I wanted to do. I'm the type guy that can look at a pizza menu for 45 and only get a plain pie. My salesman was John Concha, he was more than patient with me in the days that it took me to decide on what I wanted. My sister shopped all around looking for a car and ended up at Faulkner Hyundai. Her sales associate was Chris Walls and he eventually sold her a car. I was looking for my first new car and was referred to Chris. Fell in love with the Santa Fe' Sport and Chris and Jordan (finance) did the magic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from their team. Good man is Chris.

I have had a Hyundai Sonata since 2009 and always been very happy. This car always ran great and service was always the best.Thus is didn't hesitate to get another Hyundai. Purchase a new 2017 Tucson earlier this week. My salesman was Fred Falcon and he was awesome. Very patience and helpful. Rebecca was also great taking the time to explain the different warranties, etc. Now I am enjoying my new wheels. Thank you Hyundai. And Thank you Fred.
