Just bought my second car through Fred Falcon and the process was so easy both times. He is the best at making the process fun while still having an incredible attention to detail. I traded in the first car I bought through him and just bought a 2017 Hyundai Elantra that I love! Will never go anywhere else or to anyone else but Fred.
I bought a car from Enterprise and choose Faulkner as the deserlship to provide services for my vehicle and I must say, Faulkner on the blvd is the #best dealership I've ever dealt with each & everytime. Customer service in the service department is always polite, patient, knowledgeable and exhabits excellent communication skills and the waiting area is always clean as well as spacious & comfortable.
Fred Falcon did a great job at making us feel like family. We were there for a little over two hours and everything went smoothly. Despite my crazy questions, Fred was able to handle the weirdness, even when I started playing the Star Wars soundtrack through Android auto. Jordan did a great job with the paperwork and I appreciate that. Thanks for a great experience!
I came in to get a rear direction signal light bulb changed, an inspection and an oil change. Recommendations for new tires, brakes and fuel injection service were made that totaled $1800; the assistant was very helpful in giving me the information I needed to plan the repairs according to my budget. However, as soon as I left I discovered that the turn signal still wasn't working, because of a loose connection. I turned around and it was fixed in a few minutes. Everyone there is helpful, knowledgeable and will do what they can to get you into the car you want. Excellent service department as well.
I've been a customer of Faulkner since 1992. And, I keep coming back for new cars and for their great service. First car was an Oldsmobile, moved on to Mazda and now leasing an Elantra. LOVE IT!
