I have taken my 2011 Sonata to this service department for various repairs and recalls over the years and have had nothing but the best experiences every time. The service staff are courteous and the work is done quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Faulkner and would not hesitate to purchase my next Hyundai from them when the time comes.
Took my car in for inspection .Mike and Emily were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions .Emily kept me updated on my car inspection and repair and even had me out in time for my afternoon appointment. What a great staff in the service department !

Prompt service on 6/13 17. Had a electronic door lock problem. (actuator) They had it for about 20 mins. Problem alleviated!!
I had a great experience at Faulkner! The sales rep that help me, Howard, couldn't have been better. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, lease options, and was very approachable when I had questions or concerns. I would definitely come see Howard again for my next car.
