I purchased my 2011 Hyundai Sonata a few years back. My salesman, Barnie was fantastic. No pressure and made the deal with my expectations. I've brought my car many times for routine maintenance and some issues. Everyone is professional and a joy to work with. I brought my car in again a few days ago and story stays true. Steve in service was understanding and very helpful. I applaud the staff at Faulkner Hyundai of Philly!
Hyundai is horrible with customer service, and safety of their customers. Also their "free" roadside assistance is almost nonexistent since 4 trucks were dispatched and not one showed up to tow me.
Overpriced. I went in for oil change and tire rotation because just had inspection done in February (was told things were great at that time). Left there needing breaks rotors and 2 air filters which was almost $600.00. They also wanted to get me for $175.00 for a battery. A friend of mine who is a mechanic said that should have been a $300.00 job. ��

Faulkner went above and beyond to work things out for our Santa Fe. We went to sussman first and they were not nearly as helpful and were going to charge us $2000 more. Faulkner is amazing and we can't imagine going anywhere else for our next SUV. Thank you especially to Mike in the service department. He was amazing.
Service was good but cannot find any problems with my slipping transmission in my 2016 Tucson. It is frustrating.
