Never had a problem with the service at Faulkner, the service reps are always very helpful and if you are waiting for your vehicle it is usually a very reasonable time.
This is the THIRD time in 2 1/2 years that my 2014 Elantra has needed a new tire because of a pothole. And while I don't recommend low profile tires, I DO HIGHLY recommend the service team at Faulkner. I arrived at the service bay about 15 minutes before they opened on a Saturday morning, without an appointment. When the first mechanic arrived, he kindly asked what my problem was, and then allowed me to pull in and wait in the waiting room until they were ready. Just purchased a new Santa Fe SPORT .Love it and all I want to do is drive it .Salesman was Fred was very pleasant and helpful with all my needs and questions .Would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
Wonderful experience with my new car purchase and met the Service dept folks. Sales reps, Howard and Fred, nice down to earth men, friendly and professional.
Drove home in my new 2017 Sonata yesterday, turned in a 13 Sonata. My sales rep (again) was Tyler. Tyler is a big friendly guy who is not pushy and listens to your needs. I explained I did a lot of driving and was looking for another new car but did not need a sunroof or leather but wished cars came with navigation without having to purchase a large package. Tyler waved his magic wand and showed me how to connect an Apple Iphone to the usb port in your dash and presto navigation... So I said OK lets make deal. Left the next ... read more
Took my car in for the regular 6 month checkup. Was in by 8 and our by 9. Very pleased with the service and staff.
The staff is very friendly and always a greeting and smile. They take yoyr vehicle right in for service and their techs are highly trained.
