Excellent service, Prompt and efficient staff, and Great Waiting area
I took my Santa Fe to Faulkner for oil change and 70,000 service. Over the years I've taken it to a couple of other places, but always come back to Faulkner Hyundai of Phila. I've always have a positive experience here. They always explain what they're going to do, I've always have had the shortest wait time compared to other places, and the prices are in-line to what I expect. Good attention to detail and overall satisfied with the service department- definitely going back.
I have never liked shopping for a new car, but our salesman, Fred Falcon made it pleasant and easy. Fred listened to our needs and concerns and answered all of our questions. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable which made the whole experience go very smoothly. I love my new car and would not hesitate to recommend Faulkner Hyundai and Fred Falcon.
service dept group is very pleasant and considerate - antenna cover came off and had to replace the base also...thorough explanation of what had to be done, why, amount of time req'd, etc. also had question about remote start feature that was added after purchase ...if they don't know the answer, they get it very quickly
