I had a great experience at Faulkner Hyundai of Philadelphia... from the moment I entered the show room I was greeted by friendly sales members who were all helpful. My salesman.. John Concha was awesome and very informative!!! I love my Hyundai Tucson!! Highly recommend this dealership!! I also price shopped at 3 other dealerships and no one else came remotely close to the deal I received at Faulkner!!!
Barney McFadden is an amazing salesman. He is calm, no pressure, polite, and works every angle to get you the best deal. We leased a Elantra SEL and couldnt be happier with the deal. Bought an Elantra GT from John Concha. They didn't have one on the lot to test so he brought in his own car to let me test it. I can't say how much that meant to me. Everyone else who I dealt with was great as well. They might have just gotten a customer for life.
Bought my new Tucson from Howard. They had the exact vehicle I wanted in stock and I got it at the price I wanted. Could not have been easier. I was in and out quicker than I had ever been while purchasing a new vehicle. I had been using the service department to service my Elantra for the last few years and that was always a pleasant experiencel. I look forward to continuing to service my new vehicle there as well.
My first car purchase and Fred Falcon made it effortless! Immediately when I walked onto the lot he greeted my father and I. We told him what car we were looking for and he happily helped us locate it and explained all of the cars feature's while on a test drive.
