I bought my car from Faulkner Hyundai in NE Philadelphia about 2 and half years ago. My Grandmother just went and bought a car from there a month ago and told them I referred her to them. The sales rep that helped her, Shane, said that they would send me a check for referring her. I have yet to see it. My grandparents have been calling about it. Great experience. Very quick and direct. Rob and Howard took good care of us.
They should install a self check in kiosk station at their service center so you won’t have to deal with those dumbasses who thinks they know everything when they demonstratively don’t. Then when you correct them because they’re checking your car in they get unprofessional and have an attitude. Not good.
I’ve had my new car for 3 months and I’m so happy for it. Howard helped me pick out the right car for my price & travel needs, the whole sales center was very helpful. The service center is very friendly and hospitable as well. Very lucky to have 2 cars from here with such excellent service!
Shane and Drew were awesome! Our daughter was thrilled with her new certified used Hyundai Elantra!
We purchased a 2018 tucson from Howard Bregman, although we did have a few bumps in the road, we are glad to say that they were all hashed out.
