I was told a draglink issue on my 2023 Gladiator with 23,000 that caused uneven wear on front tires and wobbly steering was not a warranty issue because I have driven my jeep on the beach. They said sand must have caused it. I have driven my new Jeep on the beach about 6 times since I have owned it (I bought it brand new. ) The Jeep exterior is in immaculate condition, always washed after every beach visit. I had a phenomenal experience here at Brooklyn Jeep. The entire staff was extremely kind, professional and helpful. David Ayuso is the man!! Made the whole process extremely easy and worked with me with class. Easy to talk too and works to get you the best deal. Will be coming here every two years to work with him on leasing my future cars!!

Craig and Wade at Faulkner Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT took incredible care of us. We went in with a tight budget and left with so much more than we thought we could afford. They were so patient and understanding with our (VERY) three year old son and made the process as easy and enjoyable as possible. We can’t recommend this location highly enough!

This was the second time I had Vinny Notaro as a sales rep and again, he was professional, and courteous. Vinny listened to my concerns and came through with a great deal. I have since referred several friends to Vinny and the Lia Jeep dealership. I will definitely return to Lia and work with Vinny again.
