I have dealt with dealerships in Arizona, California, Georgia, and Maine. Services by CVM is not only superb but the service staff (Kate Reed)is/are the most professional I've ever encountered. Recently had my 2011 Durango R/T towed into CVM (not purchase at CVM)but the srtaff greeted like an old friend which proves they really are looking out for the customer. This is a 5 star operation.

One of the main reasons that I continue to service my cars at CVM is because of the people in your Service area. Since I am also friendly with some local Dillsburg Service Garages where I live, I do have alternatives to CVM. My family loves the Dodge Caravan and will probably always have one in our family and your Service Dept personnel, especially Kate Reed, is the reason that we will always maintain our vehicles at CVM as well. I had the best car buying experience at CMV. Everyone was so nice and there was no pressure. The attention to our needs was there all the way until the moment we drove off. They made us feel at home and did not rush anything. I will be coming back for my next purchase!

I have been going to CVM for years (5+). Even when my company no longer supplied its employees with Dodge vehicles, I made an effort to ensure that we could continue to go to this location (Chevy)for its high level of customer service (Kate, Wil, Doug) and timely service. It is not often that you can call a dealership your favorite place to have service performed, but I highly recommend CVM. First class service department, first class service advisors and first class maintainence.

The staff was very courteous, knowledgeable but most importantly patient. They didn't pressure my husband and I at all. I previously owned a Lexus IS 250 AWD but was in the market for a new type of vehicle....preferably a 'performance' car.
