First off I usually network for everything I do and buy. Not this time. After meeting both Bob and John at an event being held at Wal Mart in Mechanicsburg...I thought I would give them a try and see what my current truck was worth. Jeff was very accomodating, professional, respectful and personable. Never once did I feel pressure to purchase a vehicle. I walked in to look at a Ford F150 Fx4 and it was sold. They encouraged me to look at a Dodge 1500 Woodsman. Even though I have only owned Ford vehicles for the last 20 yrs, I ended up buying the Dodge. Jeff was very nice, not pushy, answered all of my questions, and was a nice salesman. From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect. Most dealerships I had visited all they saw was a kid. I am 29 but look about 20. The staff was able to see that I had a sense of humor and I love that about people. I was introduced to Jeff and we started looking at the Dodge Journey which was the reason for the visit. Jeff was accommodating from the first day my wife and I met him. On that first day, I explained to Jeff, that we were merely wanting to test drive a Charger and a Challenger for a future purchase once I returned from an approaching deployment to the middle east.
