Everything went really well. Jeff was my service manager and he was excellent from the beginning until the end.
I went in on Friday, 10/25/24 for an oil change and Giovanni assisted me with this request. I had additional questions regarding my vehicle and he provided his expertise and offered helpful advice. Overall the experience was pleasant and I appreciate the great customer service Giovanni provided.
We bought a Chrysler Pacifica here that has had a long list of electrical issues. This dealer has a service department that can only accommodate appointments more than 6 weeks out. Customer service doesn't return calls and when you get in touch the call is handed off to others. They also won't honor warranties of the cars and services they sell. I recommend you avoid this dealership and its service department.
