Mr. Mike Hollman was very friendly and catered to my wants and needs when I was shopping for my new 2012 dodge ram cummins diesel. Everyone at CVM is extremely helpful and friendly!!! Our kids even enjoy "visiting" when we are in for service and are actually disappointed when they cannot go with us. The special events held several times throughout the year are a great, added bonus!

On June 6th we were traveling from Philadelphia to Oak Ridge TN trailering boats. The brakes on the truck went on the PA Turnpike so we got off in Carlise where we found Cumberland Valley Dodge. We arrived at 1 PM and explained our situation to Kate Reed who from the beginning was very understanding of our situation and did what she could do to help the repair. We bought our used Dodge Ram 1500 from CVM and it had aftermarket decals on the truck bed. The decals became brittle and began peeling. I called the service center and spoke with Doug. He was very friendly and told me to stop by whenever I had a minute and he would check it out. When I arrived he promptly looked at the truck and resolved to have the decals removed "free of charge".
