Location was Very clean, Everyone was super friendly and courteous. Younes made the process of buying a new car very easy, he is a great salesman.
I am extremely disappointed with Jeep’s handling of my leasing experience. My 2024 Jeep is going to be at the dealers for repairs for over 90 days, and despite my insurance covering only 30 days of a rental vehicle, Jeep has not offered any assistance or solutions for the remaining 60 days. This lack of support has left me without a vehicle, despite leasing a brand-new car. I expected better customer service and accountability from a company of this caliber.
