Sold me a great car, but the process was infuriating. Very predatory sales tactics. The manager specifically became very rude to me and my family and I almost reversed my decision on the vehicle. You guys need to chill. Buying a car is a multi-thousand dollar decision. I felt extremely pressured to get the car off your lot; I was buying an R-Title and had a lot to consider. Great dealership, Koltin, Dwhite, and Landon were all amazingly helpful during our purchase of the first car for my brother. They made the purchase process extremely fast and easy (we were in and out within an hour). Hard to find people that truly help their customers with what they need.
Had a great experience with my salesman, Darik Brown. I had a terrible experience at my local dealer, contacted him and he was straight forward from the beginning. I drove from a different side of Houston twice just to deal with them, customer service was the best I found while shopping around. This was the first time I’ve left a dealership feeling happy. I will be back to work with Southfork again. Also, beautiful dealership with a kids playroom!
