My new service advisor, Emily Henry, is through and effective in anticipating and handling my needs. She just started recently but has hit the ground running. She is pert and personable. Longtime cashier Tammy continues to be welcoming and efficient. The new customer waiting lounge is attractive and comfortable which was not the case during renovations last summer when there was virtually no waiting area but for a few mismatched uncomfortable chairs. Overall the dealership is a well organized operation.
Faulkner has a great service. Department would recommend them to anyone to have their jeep repaired or service

I arrived without an appointment asking for help, because my tires needed air. The staff was so considerate to check the tires for leaks, add air, check the car for winter readiness. They answered my question about the recall on my vehicle.
Horrible communications with service technicians. Nobody listens. Very difficult process to get service there. Always 3 weeks out for just a simple oil change or Inspection. Just wow!
Ram 1500 - $165 for an oil change and tire rotation! My fault for not asking when I dropped it off but excuse me if I didn't think it would be that high. Mopar has coupon on the Ram.com website. They had a premium synthetic oil change for $59.99 but I didn't submit the coupon when I dropped it off so it was a $119.99 oil change with a $34.99 tire rotation. This dealership is run very poorly. I purchased a Wrangler from them and had a scheduled delivery. It took over 3 hours for them to get my paperwork done when they already had all the information needed. I decided to give them a second chance because that had a car I wanted coming in. I gave them a deposit on the incoming car in December of 2022, the car was due in the spring. I reached out to the salesperson in June as I had not heard anything. Steph was outstanding came out in the rain to greet me and helped me find the Cherokee that I was looking for. Wasn't planning on purchasing that day since they were busy. But Steph was able to make everything come together so I purchased it. The whole Faulkner staff then got the financing done and prepared my new Cherokee for me to take home with me.
