Exceptional customer service and salespeople. Their responsiveness is outstanding. I walked in and within two hours, discussed my needs, took a test drive, and bought a new used car. I would recommend the dealership to anyone wanting to buy a car.
Visited Brooklyn Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership today. I was treated with respect. Did not have to wait long for a sales Rep. Kevin was able to provide me with what I was looking for. It's not a stressful process. I also meet good workers that help me with the process as well like will in financed and Moe Hamdan that help me in the process. I do recommend, this dealer, and will visit again.

Unapologetically dishonest and completely derelict in their service. I hate to leave negative reviews but I would not under any circumstances bring my vehicle to be serviced here again. After charging me for more service than my vehicle was worth they still did not repair the issue, they refused to answer a text or call for months and eventually agreed to relook at it - resulting in an estimate for another $5k (!) to fix the problem I already paid _thousands_ for. Apparently my time is not valuable. My scheduled appointment time to wait for my vehicle was 8 am, my vehicle didn't even go into the shop until 9. I was told the wait would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours when I scheduled it. When I got there this morning I was told 1 and a half to 2 hours, and I waited over 3 hours. I'm not impressed.

Great dealership. Process was fast and easy and were helpful with everything, highly recommend it here.
Very slow and frustrating repair service with limited to no updates or progress. Service advisor had continued excuses of sick or no workers for several weeks. Service advisor also didn’t offer any type of courtesy for the extended wait. I had to tow my vehicle to a different dealership to complete the repair. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. They lost a customer and my business.
Every person I had to work with there is always really nice and helpful whether it’s in the service or sales department
