Friendly, not pushy, sales representative was very helpful and informative. The whole experience was comfortable, did not feel pressured.
David never followed through & kept car over 2 weeks without ordering parts that were to be ordered next day. Highly disappointed in service!

The service took literally all day and no communication from employees about status. Our first shuttle driver was awesome! The second one complained and didn’t seem to want to be there. Seemed like an unhappy group. At the end of the day the second shuttle driver brought our car around, left all the paper and plastic in the car. When we started the car to leave the dummy light was still on. They had to then take it back to reset it.

I do my ram 1500 truck service this dealer they doing there job very nice and all the employee are so good and talking very nice .i do my truck new tire oil change and state inspection it’s cheaper then any other local shop.and thank you for doing best job
Quoted me a rate then changed on my way there, know customer service what so ever. Received an email from manager, I responded with no response from him. I called and left voicemail and no return call.
