Service was very good and service agents and staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nice waiting lounge.

I was to do a change of oil, I end up paying for a rotation of tires without asking if wanted it done and without informing me of the procedure and the price that is not a good service practice
Can not get ahold of anyone to see if my vehicle was ready to be picked up it took 2 hours of randomly calling to get someone. My jeep 3rd row seat will not go down this is the 2nd time for the same thing they keep saying they just have to do a update to get the seat to work again I asked around and was told that is a lie it's a $ 60,000 dollar vehicle the radio screen goes in and out sometimes it bad when a person spends that much money on a vehicle and wishing they would have been kept the suv they traded in
