June 3rd, i found a 19 Ram online and made the decision to inquire. Upon inquiring, i made a deposit to hold it till weekend. As soon as i submitted financing, made a deposit, and got approved to purchase, i became second class to Austin the used car sales manager. He said he "didnt think the ram would be done by Saturday" as it needed two bumpers painted and installed. Service department is excellent. Able to make an appointment at my convenience. Work performed as expected and they even washed my car.
Awful experience. Bought my car there and taken it there for service the whole time I owned the car. Starter went bad with only 40k miles on the car. They said they couldn’t look at the car for 3 weeks after it was taken there. They also would not provide a loaner vehicle unless I paid for it because they would need to run a diagnostic test first.
