Great service results . A free truck wash ( and well done) was icing on the cake . I was confused with recommendations for transfer case oil changes with no explanation why ? The booklet only recommends it to be checked ?

I bought my RAM 1500 at Faulkner in 2016 and have returned regularly for scheduled service and the usual issue or two. The people in the service department have always been friendly and helpful and accommodating, even on short notice. I have never had a bad experience there. I can recommend them highly.
I had a great experience with Faulkner CDJR. Craig and Wayne were wonderful and helped every step of the way.
Not too pleased with my serivce. They don’t follow up with calls and very disorganized set up at the dealership its self cars just randomly parked anywhere. It’s chaotic and disorganized. Staff not too courteous except for the young black gentleman that works at the service department found staff off putting. Will not take my car there again unless I have no other options.
Courageous, friendly help with the purchase of our new jeep. Craig was had excellent customer service.
