Outstanding service! ! Will not take my truck anywhere else! Always a pleasure to deal with.
Service is never completed on time. Always have to wait longer for service than they say. Then they attempt to get you with garbage repairs and services that are not needed. Only reason I chose this location again was due to being it’s close to my home and I needed a computer update that only Ram can do. But I vow to never go again.
My experience is always awesome. Mike Smith is my mechanic and he is the best mechanic I’ve ever met. The service department has always been very informative, and explains things easy to me. I just love Faulkner ram and I’m so glad I bought my truck there from Craig Taylor. I went to a couple dealerships for four I went to Faulkner. I came from out of town to purchase a vehicle I saw online. Was greates with a ton of respect. Frenando was my sales rep super friendly and so was everyone else that was there. Getting there we took the vehicle out for a quick test drive and then the final paperwork. Even the finance manager who recently got promoted was very professional and easy to work with. You made the car buying experience such an easy process gentlemen. I would HIGHLY recommend Faulkner dealerships.
