Purchased a dodge ram 2500, used, and promised over and over that it was in great shape and safe - vehicle hadn't been run through their shop yet when we went to look at it. Assured over and over that before we would be able to take home, they would run it through their shop and inspect. Needed manifold/exhaust work - which they did send out and have done. FIND ANOTHER DEALER! If I could give less than 1 star I would! ALL they care about is money, don't let them fool you with the "90 years of customer service" I've spoken to several former employees since my dreadful experience and they ALL have said they have 1 way of doing things, getting the most money from you no matter. Horrible customer service. Bought a dodge ram 2500 several years ago purchased extended warranty. Sold truck 3 weeks ago, been trying to get someone to return my call in the finance office for 3 weeks now. Just left a message with the president of the company. Let's see if he will get this taken care of before I have to drive there.
Bait and switch. Truck advertised having 3000 miles actually has 8000. Then after confirming truck is there and ready. I drive 3 hours rough trip and I get there and I am told truck is in body shop. The was supposed to be certified but it’s in body shop. Hmmm don’t waste your time like I did
Worst service department ever!I was given 4 free services with purchase of new jeep rubicon!you get what you pay for!it won't be back. They take 3 hours for oil change. They over filled my oil and give me hard time when I told them!today is will be draining my oil to proper leve!do not trust them!
Had my Jeep Liberty towed to Faulkner due to a non-start issue where the vehicle would make a single "click" when turning on the ignition. Service is the worst, attitude from the advisor because they were busy. The express lane is a joke, don’t let them sell you a maintenance package they are “too busy” to perform. I bought a car from them two years ago and service was a little disappointing, but it has gotten extremely bad and I will not return. So I have a 2016 jku rubicon with only 24,000 miles on it and the motor has a tick coming from the driver side of the engine. Not a big deal to me it’s fixable.. I should have seen ALL the red flags. I recently purchased a used 2016 Dodge Ram at this location. January 30th, to be exact. My wife and I did one last thorough inspection, before driving off the lot. We uncovered quite a few issues, which we brought to the managers attention.
