I've been going to and recommending CVM Dodge for years. Their entire staff is always very friendly and courteous. Everyone from the receptionist to the garage staff to the owner greets you with a smile. When buying our vehicles there we were never put under any pressure to do so. From the moment my grandmother and I walked into the door we had nothing but welcome and warmth from this company. both the salesman and sales manager did a great job in getting me into this new car. very helpful and friendly people.. who guided me through the sales process with ease. this is my 7th new dodge i bought from this dealership in 10 years. i will continue to buy from them.

I came into CVM, not 100% sure on a vehicle. With the I came into CVM, not 100% sure on a vehicle. With the Help of Kevin Jones, I have decided on a Dodge Journey. He was very helpful and polite. I wish every experience at a dealership was this pleasant. He wasnt pushy at all or told me what he thought I wanted to hear. He took the time to explain and show me everything the car had to offer. I would refer him to anyone looking for a dodge.

I was given a Dodge Nitro as a company vehicle during employment with Molnlycke Health Care, and throughout the past three years I have developed a strong relationship with Will, Troy, Kate, and Doug. They are always professional, courteous, and more importantly have become like family to me. My husband and I bought our vehicles approximately 3 years ago and have had our vehicles serviced by the Dodge Service ever since. I do not know who the technicians are to be named, but must say that particularly Kate and Will definitely know and practice the highest level of customer service to their clients. Doug is fairly new and he to is very attentive to customer needs. They are an excellent team and a prime example of outstanding customer service.

Both Kate and Wil are a pleasure to work with. My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles here for service since 2005. And we have to drive 20 miles to get to the dealership....guess that alone says something. Hats off to the service group at Cumberland Valley! Dennis and Louise Perzacki

When ever we come down for Service all the staff is very friendly and helpfull. I would recommend Cumberland Valley Motors to anyone that is looking for a friendly,informative and helpful dealership. When I bought my vehical at a different dealership they were more than happy to accept my business for warrenty work and for service.

Doug Smith in servuce is very professional and cares about the customer. I have dealt with this dealership for many years. I started going to the dealership when Ed Ullom ran it before he retired and now is daughter runs the dealership and he was one of the reasons I went there. An honest straight talking man who knew what he was talking about. That some atsmosphere still exists today.
