Raphael is a great sales man, he went above and beyond to get the car for us. He treated us like a family member and looked out for us all the way through the deal. He needs a Hugh pay raise and a promotion into the finance dept. where he can truly show his ability to work and connect with people. The girl asked me if I had a contract and I told her yes. She never came back to tell me that I had used all of them. So I was pleasantly surprised when I went to sign my paperwork that my $60.00 oil change was costing me $120.00. So pretty poor way to conduct business.
