2018 Winnebago Travato on a Ram Promaster 3500 chassis. This is the 2nd time that the service department failed to put the correct air pressure in my tires. The first time I fixed their mistake trying to use my bicycle tire pump & burned it up trying to put 80 lbs in my back tires. This time I asked my service advisor if they put the tire pressure specified in the door for my particular vehicle which is 65 lbs front & 80 lbs rear & she answered in the affirmative. Great service results . A free truck wash ( and well done) was icing on the cake . I was confused with recommendations for transfer case oil changes with no explanation why ? The booklet only recommends it to be checked ?
