The service writer was awesome kept in constant communication. Jalen is. Great goes above and beyond.
Terrible customer service for warranty repair work, no communication even called two CEO, left message and got no return calls had to call warranty company myself to get the claim approved after car sat for 2 days had an appointment for 29 days out. Would not recommend for any family or friends to buy here only because of the service department

I bought my RAM 1500 at Faulkner in 2016 and have returned regularly for scheduled service and the usual issue or two. The people in the service department have always been friendly and helpful and accommodating, even on short notice. I have never had a bad experience there. I can recommend them highly.
We very much appreciated the assistance given by our service advisor Ricardo. He was very courteous, professional and forthcoming in the evaluation and recommendations for repair of our 2015 Dodge Challenger. We could not ask for better service during our difficulties with this vehicle. We would gladly return to the dealership to see Ricardo for service in the future if needed.

I wanted to express my disappointment with my experience today with salesman Blake at the Manvel, Texas location. My boyfriend is a first time buyer and new to the car buying process. He has been pre approved through his bank and came prepared with a letter of proof. Blake was pushy, aggressive, and unprofessional.
