Corresponded with Sam on Sunday on their c7 Corvette convertible as ready and able to buy. Found out this AM, that Sam doesnt know anything about the condition of the car [active DTCs as it was run thru their shop], doesn't have a photo of RPO build code label that you should have with every vette [its a label inside the car} and most importantly that there is a mandatory $4000 customer purchased dealer option package required, in order to be able to buy the car!!! What can I say Ralph is a great salesman who treated us with respect. He was able to close the deal when it looked lik there would be no deal at all. He went above and beyond for us. He closed the deal and we have our car. Ralph needs a hugh pay raise and a promotion a promotion to the finance dept. were his true talents rest.
