I gave one star because I can't give zero. I received a defective product, sent an oops request, received a confirmation that they received my request, but I never did get closure on the issue. I still have the defective (holes in the sweatpants) product, but no refund or replacement and no communication.

Beware, do not use this company, look elsewhere for your fundraiser items. They lack customer service. They do not return emails. If you try calling you are on hold for over 30 minutes. When they make an error, they never try to resolve it. We were shorted two items and they just gave us the run around for 6 weeks. We never received our items and never even received a refund for those items. It took 5-7 weeks for us to receive our order. ZERO STARS!!!! Please don't even consider using FanCloth! They are great trying to sell their campaign in the beginning but once you start, they could care less about you, your customers, or anything else. We were set to receive our merchandise 2 weeks after the campaign closed and that never happened. When the items didn't arrive, I called customer service to find out what the hold up was and was told the manufacturer had an issue which would delay our products arriving for another month. Do not use Fancloth, go with somebody who actually cares about their customers. Fancloth is borderline criminal. Extremely disappointed, furious, and sad for the people that trusted me with this decision. I would give a 0 if I could. Enough about my opinions, here are the facts: I am a cross country coach and I used Fancloth for some gear for the team and for some of our donors. Terrible. Do not do this. Paperwork was a mess. They just send the same stuff over and over but you can't tell what was changed and what was not. You would need to be a really good records keeper and have time to do that only and not coach. Cheaper items were sent for primary items and nothing was said until we questioned it. Got charged for embroidery on items we didn't receive but the price was still there. Did not earn a dime from some very expensive items. Never again.
